Women's Active Retreat Weekends
WW&W are excited to be offering Women’s Active Retreat Weekends. A typical weekend runs from Friday evening to Sunday lunch time and is filled with opportunities to get active and back in touch with nature. We will be offering a variety of activities including running/walking, yoga, kayaking, Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP), cycling and sea swimming. Kathy and her team of qualified instructors will support you as you try these activities.
Luxurious, award winning BnB accommodation is provided by Izzi from The Old Parsonage in Mevagissey, and locally sourced, seasonal meals will be created for us by Adele of Moor to Sea Food Co.

Upcoming Festive Retreat
3rd-5th December 2021
for a Christmas Special with an additional Candle Making Workshop and th switch on of Mevagissey Christmas Lights (and late night shopping) with mulled wine on the harbour.
Accommodation options vary to suit all needs ranging from camping, glamping or a more luxurious BnB option. For those who want the fully immersive nature experience then wild camping can be arranged too.
Ideally we would look to run these weekends for groups of around 6-8 but get in touch with any questions and we can see what we can do for you.
Get in touch to discuss how we can help you design your own bespoke weekend or short break for you and a small group of friends/family. Take time to mentally unwind and reconnect with nature as you spend quality time being physically active in the wonderful blue and green spaces this part of Cornwall has to offer.
Our partners include Adele at Moor to Sea Food co, Izabela at The Old Parsonage, and Cotna Eco Retreat.
