Helping Young People Grow Through Outdoor Experiences

Our Youth Community programmes support young people aged 9–25 through inclusive outdoor experiences that build confidence, wellbeing and connection.

From subsidised after-school clubs and holiday activities for 9–16 year olds, to our Reconnect programme for young women aged 16–25 who are, or at risk of becoming, NEET, we create safe spaces for young people to grow through nature-based learning.

Across coastal and land-based settings, participants take part in activities such as paddleboarding, wildlife exploration, outdoor play and therapeutic nature sessions. Together, these programmes help young people improve mental wellbeing, develop new skills and feel more connected to themselves, others and the natural world.
